- Abstract (first 170 chars)
- The present invention discloses a very simple, easy and inexpensive way for the preparation of Li-battery worthy electrode material from natural mud. Particularly, the present invention discloses an anode material for enhanced lithium ion battery applications comprising of major fraction of γ-Fe 2 O 3 and rest of Fe 2 TiO 4 , SiO2 and Al 2 O 3 wherein said material is extracted directly from red mud by a simple process of magnetic separation without any further processing.
Why it is labelled this way
Decided by review-override: Title says the anode composition is extracted from red mud: a red mud recovery route, kept although its classes are battery classes only.
